Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy offers a 3 business day return policy for regular priced items for store credit. You can return your dress for a Store Credit minus 25% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Store credits will be issued in the form of gift card, which will expire in one year.

 Sale and Clearance items are final sales and are not returnable. All Bridesmaid Dresses are final sales and are not returnable. Due to custom nature of bridesmaid dresses we don’t accept returns on these items. Bridesmaid dress is a bespoke piece of clothing available in dozens of color options and size choices to meet your custom specifications. It is to be noted that most bridesmaid dresses require some alterations to ensure a perfect fit. 


Return Requirements  

  • The Red-Shark-Tag must be intact.
  • All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our brick and mortar locations.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
  • All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent "signature request".
  • All returns must be sent back within 2 days of receiving the RA#. All returns sent back after 2 days of receiving RA# are subject to pay 50% late fee. This amount will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be accepted.


Return Procedure

  In order to process a Store Credit, please email us at within 3 days after receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please have your RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box and ship to the following address:

Please be advised that any box without a valid RA# will not be accepted by the shipping department and will be refused. A store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

 Store Credit are valid for online store and cannot be requested and used in person or in any of our stores.

 Any remaining balance will be stored as credit; balance cannot be converted to refund.

Domestic Shipping (Within the US)
Trendy Collection delivers all online orders via UPS. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to receive your merchandise via a different shipping service, please inform us - we will be happy to accommodate your needs! However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee for the difference in price, as follows:

- Free Shipping (7 to 10 business days - Orders above $99.00 - U.S. Only except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands

- UPS Ground (5 to 7 business days) $19.99 - Orders placed after 12 p.m PST would be processed next business day.

- Rush (3 Business Days) $45.00 - Orders placed after 12 p.m PST would be processed next business day.

- Super Rush (Next Business Day) $200.00 - Orders placed after 12 p.m PST would be processed next business day.

Please note that in the case of special orders, the shipping day will commence when we physically receive the dress from the manufacturer. 

Merchandise will not be shipped to PO Boxes.

*UPS Ground shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental United States.

International Shipping
International shipping charges are as follows: 
- $300.00 
Your country may also impose other duties or taxes that we have no way of estimating, as these excises differ for every country and item. 

Sales tax is waived for online purchases outside the state of California. 
We are happy to fill orders from outside the United States. However, please note that depending on which country you are ordering from, your home country might levy duties or other import-related taxes on your order.
